Deputy head of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia Morozov dismissed

This follows from the order of the Russian government.

“Release Morozov Alexander Nikolaevich from the post of Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation in connection with the transfer to another job,” the document says.

Instead of Morozov, Albert Karimov, who now heads the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Tatarstan, will become deputy minister.

The press service of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia told TASS that Morozov at his new place of work "will be engaged in the implementation of key projects for import substitution in mechanical engineering."

Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin dismissed Valery Balan from the post of deputy director of the Federal Penitentiary Service.
