Bastrykin instructed to conduct an investigation into the desecration of a Soviet monument in Lithuania

This was reported in the official Telegram channel of the department. 

“Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation Alexander Ivanovich Bastrykin instructed to conduct a procedural check on the fact of an act of vandalism against a monument to Soviet soldiers in Lithuania,” the report says.

Earlier it was reported that in the Siauliai region of Lithuania, unknown desecrated a monument to the dead Soviet soldiers by drawing a swastika.
