Lee Byung-gun, the last presidential secretary for public service discipline in the Moon Jae-in administration, criticized Lee Si-won, who was appointed by President Yoon Seok-yeol, and said, "It is judged that it is difficult to be appointed as an administrator rather than a secretary."

In an interview with MBC radio on the 16th, former secretary Lee said, "It is inappropriate for the former government secretary to directly mention whether the new government secretary is appropriate or not." I think so,” he said.

He added, "It is judged that it is difficult to be appointed as an administrator rather than a secretary based on our verification standards in cases such as receiving a severe punishment for manipulating a public security case or receiving a warning for sexual misconduct."

It is interpreted as criticizing Lee Jae-soon, secretary for general affairs, who is known to have been subject to disciplinary action for sexual assault while serving in the prosecution service, as well as Lee, who was involved in the 'Seoul City Public Official Spy Manipulation Case'.
