“Half of the accidents involving SIMs occurred due to their sudden appearance for other road users and low visibility in traffic,” TASS cites a fragment of an information and analytical review of the Scientific Center for Road Safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
The ministry emphasized that 43% of those affected by the management of personal mobility means are people aged 20 to 34 years.
