“Anyone who calls into question the cohesion in NATO will be isolated within the community,” TASS quoted Weber as saying from an interview with the Funke media group.

According to him, there is no reason to slow down or block the process of Sweden and Finland joining the alliance.

Earlier, Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu said that Ankara is not bargaining over the membership of Finland and Sweden in NATO.

Prior to this, Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan said that Turkey is watching the discussion of the possible entry of Finland and Sweden into NATO, but so far cannot look at it positively.
