As the bracket for the June local elections was finalized last week, the promises of the candidates are coming out one by one.

Last weekend, Democratic Party candidate Song Young-gil, who ran for the mayor of Seoul last weekend, made a promise to ease the burden of comprehensive real estate tax for multi-family dwellers, and People's Strength candidate Oh Se-hoon promised to support small business owners in Seoul by 1 million won each.

Song Young-gil and Oh Se-hoon met at one place for the first time since registering as a candidate for mayor of Seoul.

Prior to the event, fierce competition was foretold by announcing fiercely contested policy promises.

Candidate Song launched a campaign to attack real estate public sentiment by stating that the current multi-family property tax base of 600 million won will be increased to 1.1 billion won, the same as that of a single-family home, and temporary owners of two households will be excluded from the heavy taxation.

Candidate Oh provides 1 million won each to daily recovery support for 126,000 small business owners in crisis, and 35,000 businesses receive a fixed interest rate of 3% per annum. We have come up with a support plan for small businesses to support the difference in loan interest as much as possible.

] Democratic Party candidate Kim Dong-yeon, Rason, set out to attack northern regions such as Goyang and Uijeongbu on a two-day, one-night schedule.

Independent candidate Kang Yong-seok proposed unifying conservative candidates with one opinion poll after three one-on-one TV debates with candidate Kim Eun-hye for People's Strength, but Kim's side declined to say, saying, 'We are listening to the opinions of the local people.' .
