The victim was traveling in Mazargues, a district in the south of Marseille, by car when he was the target of fire from individuals from another vehicle.
Seriously affected in the lower limbs, his life is no longer in danger.
The modus operandi is similar to an attempt to settle a score or at least to intimidate by a "jambisation".
It was a patrol of soldiers from the sentinel operation that arrived first on the scene, quickly followed by police investigators who carried out the first surveys and usual observations.
