This weekend, the Toulouse cable car opened its doors free of charge to the general public.
On Saturday, 20,000 people made their baptism aboard this new equipment which connects three stations and overlooks the Garonne.
With family or alone, travelers admire the landscape and the new sensations of the longest urban cable car in France.
The light wind blowing this Sunday in Toulouse did not dampen the curiosity of the inhabitants of the Toulouse metropolis.
This Sunday morning, many curious crowded again at the foot of the Pink City cable car put into service the day before to board.
On Saturday, nearly 20,000 people had their first flight above and flew over the Pech-David hill in Téléo before overhanging the Garonne at a height of more than 70 meters.

Shortly before 9 a.m. on May 15, Virginie, Benoît and their 4-year-old son, Ethan, boarded a cabin.
They made the special trip to Saint-Orens for this exotic walk for their pitchoun.
Like many families.
As the sun beats down on the windows and the wind blows through the vents, they admire the scenery.
Without any apprehension or feeling of vertigo.
Rather intoxicated by other sensations.
“We really have a feeling of speed,” comments Benoît, delivery driver.
For those who spend many hours at the wheel of their car, they see an interest in it for those coming from the south of Haute-Garonne, stuck on the ring road in traffic jams between the Chapitre area and Montaudran.
“When you see the traffic jams from Muret and Carbonne, you say to yourself that it can be practical.
It would be good if there were fewer people on the ring road, ”continues this dad who sees the pylons pass by and admires another view of Toulouse.
"We really discover the landscape, we don't know that there is so much green and wooded areas in this area", is surprised for her part Virginie.
And she is not the only one to share this discovery.
Many of them admire the view of the Garonne.
“A time saver” for Jean-Paul
As neighbours, Gérard and Dany, a retired couple, also came to experience Téléo.
They enjoyed their first trip and weren't shaken despite the breeze.
"We saw it being built, we inspected the finished works and now we're coming to test it," jokes Gérard.
They preferred to come early, scalded by the crowd that thronged to the Paul-Sabatier University station the day before.
But they do not intend to remain simple spectators of the ballet of 15 cabins which goes up to 20 km / h and takes 10 minutes to connect Paul-Sabatier to the Oncopôle, via the Rangueil hospital.
"If I have to go to Portet-sur-Garonne, now I'll go there, then I'll take the bus," says Dany.
Jean-Paul who shared their cabin approves.
"There will be time savings for those who take it and they will save on fuel", assures this visitor who likes to try new things.
