This was reported by the press service of the Baltic Fleet.

It is noted that during the training, the Su-27 pilots worked out elements of air combat with a mock enemy, as well as the conditional use of aviation weapons.

“According to the plan of the training, the planes of the mock enemy violated the state border of the Russian Federation and made an attempt to launch a missile and bomb attack on strategically important military facilities in the Kaliningrad region,” RIA Novosti reported.

In total, more than ten fighter crews participated in the training.

Earlier, the sailors of the Northern Fleet worked out the tasks of combat training in the Barents Sea.
