Gagloev did not rule out reforms in South Ossetia

The politician said this in an interview with TASS. 

“We, I think, will carry out reforms, introduce changes, including in the administrative management of the republic,” he said.

Earlier, Russian leader Vladimir Putin congratulated Gagloev on his election as president of South Ossetia.
