After three days of celebration, from May 7 to 9, on the site of an old gold mine, the rave party organized in Jumilhac-le-Grand in Dordogne was coming to an end on Monday evening.
The last partygoers left the site this Tuesday morning.
According to the Dordogne prefecture, the undeclared party brought together 4,000 people at the height of the event.

“No serious incident”
The gendarmerie system put in place from the start of the event to supervise the departures of the participants and avoid any overflow.
“No serious incident was to be deplored over these three days, thanks in particular to the marking of places representing risks, the dissemination of prevention messages and the joint action of the gendarmerie, firefighters and the Red Cross” , explains the Dordogne prefecture in a press release.
All participants underwent "narcotics and alcohol" tests before leaving the premises, assures the prefecture.
"Judicial investigations and seizures are underway under the authority of the Public Prosecutor to establish the responsibilities of the organizers and study the follow-up to be given to the offenses noted," the statement concludes.
