Then he gouged out her eyes and cut off an ear.

Examined by a doctor, he was hospitalized under duress because of his psychological state.

The alert given by a neighbor

Investigators from the Val-de-Marne judicial police have been instructed by the Créteil prosecutor's office to trace the course of events and shed light on this outburst of violence.

According to our information, the alert was given Sunday, around 1:35 p.m., by a neighbor of the couple intrigued by the screams of the young woman who emanated from their accommodation located on the sixth floor.

She was transported in critical condition to the Pitié-Salpêtrière hospital in Paris.
