A man has died this Monday night after being

wounded by a firearm

on Saragossa street in Salou (Tarragona), sources from the Mossos d'Esquadra have reported.

The fatal victim was shot by three men from whom he was fleeing until he received five bullet wounds.

The local police of the city received a notice at 10:50 p.m. and, upon arriving at the scene, arrested a 32-year-old man, who was being

held by a group of people

for his alleged relationship with the homicide.

The agents are looking for two other men

involved in the shooting that took place at the door of a busy restaurant in the town of Tarragona.

Various units of the Sistema d'Emergències Mèdiques (SEM) were also moved to the scene, which could not revive the victim, and the Criminal Investigation Division (DIC) has opened an investigation to clarify the facts, reports Europa Press.
