On a chilly December day after school last year, Vincent Nicolic runs to the bus at Angered's travel center to get home.
He runs next to the bus, slips, lands on his back and ends up under the bus with his foot.
- I became completely icy cold, it is a parent's biggest nightmare, says Michael Gustafsson.
The school road is affected by moving
450 students attend Vicent Nikolic's school, Gårdstensskolan in Angered in Gothenburg.
After a temporary move, many students are forced to take the bus to school and several of them have to change buses in the center of Angered, where the accident took place.
After that, Vincent Nikolic has had problems with his foot and has not been able to play sports, jump or run freely.
Fought for two years
For two years, the students at Gårdstensskolan have tried to find a safer way to their school through a collection of names.
Above all, they want Gårdstensliden and Angeredsvinkeln to have pedestrian crossings and traffic lights.
Both of these places are considered by the district administration in Angered as "very dangerous".
Now Vincent Nikolic urges the other students to be careful when crossing the road.
