China News Service, May 8 (Xinhua) -- A federal grand jury in the United States has indicted Frank James on two charges in connection with the New York subway shooting.

The two charges include committing a terrorist attack on a public transportation system and firing a gun during a violent crime.

Both charges carry a maximum sentence of life in prison.

On April 13, local time, Frank James, the suspect in the shooting at a Brooklyn subway station in New York, was arrested.

  On April 12, local time, a shooting occurred at a subway station in Brooklyn, New York, killing 10 people and injuring at least 29.

The suspect James was arrested on the 13th, and his motive is still unknown.
