More than 1,200 residents of the Krasnoyarsk Territory suffered material damage from fires

This was stated by the governor Alexander Uss at a meeting in Krasnoyarsk with the participation of the head of the Ministry of Natural Resources of the Russian Federation Alexander Kozlov and the acting head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations Alexander Chupriyan.

“In total, 518 residential buildings and 309 buildings were destroyed.

According to our estimates, more than 1,200 people suffered materially, preliminary.

Five died, 19 were injured, including six rescuers.

<...> Applications for social benefits have already been collected from more than 700 people,” Uss said.

Earlier it became known that the Minister of Natural Resources and Ecology of Russia Alexander Kozlov and the acting head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations Alexander Chupriyan flew to the Krasnoyarsk Territory, where forest fires are raging.

Also, Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed to provide all necessary assistance to the victims and relatives of those killed in the fires in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
