A bus carrying musicians from the rap group PNL overturned on the highway near Vair-sur-Loire in Loire-Atlantique on Sunday, causing three minor injuries.

The accident occurred around 7:30 a.m. on the A11 motorway in the Paris-Nantes direction.

According to a statement from the fire department, the bus was carrying ten people.

The accident occurred around 7:30 a.m. on the A11 motorway in the Paris-Nantes direction.

According to a statement from the fire department, the bus was carrying ten people and was "alone in the ditch". 

"Three men in their thirties were transported to the Ancenis hospital center in a light condition and seven other victims were left unharmed," the statement said.

A driver-related accident?

According to the Loire-Atlantique gendarmerie, the bus registered in Germany was transporting musicians from the rap group PNL, which is due to perform on Sunday evening at the Zenith in Nantes.

The concert was however maintained.

"It could be a problem related to the driver, of French nationality. An investigation is underway," added the gendarmes.

A photographer from Ouest France attacked by members of the group

A photographer from the daily Ouest-France was also assaulted by members of the group while taking photos, the newspaper announced on its website.

"Several passengers of the group fall on him, one of them enters his car and grabs a camera on the passenger seat. (...) The members of the group then asked to erase all the photos present on the storage cards. Then they took a picture of him," the daily adds.

The direction of the publication of Ouest-France specifies that it "strongly condemns this aggression and this attack on the right to inform" and announces that it will "bring this case to justice".
