According to him, the Ukrainian military plans to carry out "another sophisticated provocation with the death of civilians" to accuse the Russian Armed Forces of indiscriminate missile strikes.
“To this end, units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine will strike the Tochka-U OTR at crowded places in the settlements of the Lviv and Volyn regions, as was already the case at the railway station in Kramatorsk,” Mizintsev said.
