“Officers of the FSB and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Moscow detained supporters of the neo-Nazi group “Maniacs of the Murder Cult” while trying to burn the homeless alive with the help of Molotov cocktails,” RIA Novosti quotes a statement.

It is noted that the supporters followed the instructions of the leader of the group, Ukrainian Yegor Krasnov, to carry out terrorist attacks and massacres on the territory of Russia by Victory Day on May 9.

The FSB added that the videos of the crimes were supposed to be distributed on the Internet for the purpose of intimidation. 

“In addition, the radicals are involved in a series of attacks on migrants using bladed weapons and special means,” the report says.

A criminal case was initiated against Krasnov under Part 1 of Art.

282.1 (“Organization of an extremist community”).

In March, the FSB reported that 60 supporters of the M.K.U., created under the control of the Kyiv special services, were detained in 23 Russian regions.
