“A report was received about the detention in the area of launch pad 112 (the Buran complex owned by Kazakhstanis) of British citizen Rich Benjamin and Belarusian citizen Zelupa Alina,” Rogozin’s Telegram channel said.
According to him, the detainees are in the Baikonur police department.
He noted that investigations are underway.
Earlier, the Investigative Committee of Russia announced the detention in Kherson of a man who planned to commit a terrorist attack in the city on May 9.
