The "Opinions" clearly prohibit minors from participating in live broadcast rewards; strictly control minors to engage in anchors; optimize and upgrade the "teenage model"; establish a special service team; standardize the application of key functions such as "list" and "gift"; strengthen peak period management ; Strengthen network literacy education.
Among them, the "Opinions" clarified that the website platform prohibits providing various reward services such as cash recharge, "gift" purchase, and online payment for minors; it is not allowed to provide online anchor services for minors under the age of 16. Minors under the age of one who provide online anchor services shall obtain the consent of their guardians; within one month of the publication of the "Opinions", the website platform shall cancel all the reward lists, and it is prohibited to use the reward amount as the sole basis for ranking network anchors, Drainage and recommendation, it is forbidden to rank users based on the amount of reward, and it is not allowed to run various functional applications that use the amount of reward as the only evaluation criterion.
