The Investigative Committee asked for the absentee arrest of journalist Nevzorov

“The investigation filed a petition with the court for the election of a preventive measure in absentia in the form of detention against Nevzorov.

On May 4, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia put Nevzorov on the wanted list.

In March, the central office of the Investigative Committee opened a criminal case against the journalist for spreading fakes about the Russian Armed Forces (Part 2 of Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code, from 5 to 10 years in prison).
