“By a decision of the Leninsky District Court of Yaroslavl dated May 6, 2022, the investigator’s petition for a 47-year-old man was granted ... a preventive measure was chosen in the form of detention for a period of two months - until July 4, 2022,” the statement says.
According to investigators, on May 5, a drunken man entered the territory of a kindergarten in Yaroslavl and fired a firearm at the gate of a metal fence enclosing the territory of the kindergarten.
No one was hurt, the perpetrator was arrested.
On April 26, an armed man broke into a kindergarten near Ulyanovsk.
The shooting killed two children and a teacher.
Another employee of the kindergarten was injured.
The Investigative Committee of Russia opened a criminal case on the murder.
