  The agency reported that new transmission channels have been deployed through satellite technology and that remote data transmissions to the IAEA headquarters in Vienna have now been fully resumed with the exception of one facility.

Previously, the data transfer had been interrupted for two months.

  According to previous reports, the IAEA delegation traveled to Ukraine on April 26 and said after on-site measurements of the Chernobyl nuclear power plant that radiation levels in the exclusion zone were within safe limits.
