Europe 1 11:56 a.m., May 06, 2022

From May 9 to 13, 2022, Christophe Hondelatte revisits, between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m., the year 1968 by drawing on the richness of the sound heritage of Europe 1.

Throughout the week of May 9, Christophe Hondelatte recounts the year 1968 based on the archives of Europe 1. That year, we still say Europe n ° 1, Serge Gainsbourg and Brigitte Bardot play it Bonnie and Clyde, Martin Luther King is assassinated, the housewife discovers the dishwasher and Yuri Gagarin dies in a plane crash.

Tuesday, May 10, the program will be devoted to the events of May 1968, and Christophe Hondelatte will tell how Europe n°1 followed the premises of the student protest.

From the very first stone thrown, Europe n°1 wrote history live, at the heart of events in the Latin Quarter… which earned it the nickname “Radio Barricades”.

The entirety of Hondelatte Raconte can be found on Europe1.fr, Apple Podcasts, Soundcloud and all the usual listening platforms.
