There is one more person who was interested in running for the National Assembly by-election together with Advisor Lee Jae-myung.

This is Ahn Cheol-soo, chairman of the transition chair for the presidency.

Let's talk directly from now on.

Q. Are you running for the by-election?

[Chairman Ahn Cheol-soo/Presidential Transition: Yes.

(Where are you running for?) This is Bundanggap.

In fact, I have a very deep relationship with you.

Until then, the country had tried to create a certain IT industrial complex, but it was unsuccessful.

Then, I decided to make an IT complex in Bundangap, but I thought that I would be there, so I built a building there almost first.

So that was the beginning of Pangyo.

So, I think the current development of Bundang, Pangyo has its merits, I think.]

Q. Why is the by-election challenged?

[Ahn Cheol-soo/Chairman of the Presidential Transition: The most fundamental reason is that the government is not inaugurated in the first place?

Then, after gaining some strength, shouldn't we be able to make various reforms?

But I think it is really important to win this election in that sense.]

Q. What is the voice within the party that the primary is necessary?

[Chairman Ahn Cheol-soo/Presidential Transition: Whatever the party decides, I will follow it.]

Q. What are your thoughts on running for Lee Jae-myung?

[Chairman Ahn Cheol-soo/Presidential Takeover: In a word, I think it's absurd.

No, actually, when it comes to advisor Lee Jae-myung, isn't he the one who started from the mayor of Seongnam and became the governor of Gyeonggi-do?

Then, of course, if you are a politician, connection is very important to a politician.

However, to leave Seongnam-si or Gyeonggi-do and go to Incheon is a betrayal of the residents of Gyeonggi-do, and it can only be seen as running away.]

Q. Did you discuss this run with the elected candidate in advance?

[Ahn Cheol-soo/Chairman of the transition for the presidency: I said that winning this election is the first time the government can manage state affairs in a stable manner, and he encouraged me about it.]

Q. What did the transition committee do well and what did it not do ?

?

[Chairman Ahn Cheol-soo/Presidential Transition Chairperson: Well, the score is given by the people, but I think I made my principles go through as I first set them up.

This was one of the first things I received advice from many seniors.

During the transition committee, there were many times when the transition committee members just talked about individual opinions, causing national confusion, and there were many times when there was a lot of public confusion, so I did.

At first, I gathered all of the transition committee members and said, "Among these, those who interview individually without my permission will be fired."

So, in fact, there has been no such thing in the last 50 days of the transition committee.]

Q. Why did you withdraw the boycott from work within one day?

[Chairman Ahn Cheol-soo/Presidential Transition Chairperson: Now, let me tell you what happened, in the beginning, there are a few areas that I major in and I know well.

Science and technology, medical care, education, culture, etc., I made recommendations for these areas, but the elected president thinks first of all, this is not a reshuffle, but instead of changing a few ministers like this in the middle, wouldn't it be a start from scratch?

If that is the case, start as you think and if there are people who fall out of it or when you change your job, from then on, it is not right to properly use the people I recommend.

Then, the misunderstandings have now been cleared up by saying that we can manage the field well because we have a lot more experience.]

Q. What is Ahn Cheol-soo's plan to challenge the party?

[Ahn Cheol-soo/Chairman of the transition to the presidency: Isn't the party authority not something you want to do?

Now that I am a member of the National Assembly, I will do my best to get the reform tasks that I have made as a transition chairperson so far in the National Assembly properly pass, I say that that is my most important purpose.]
