I also bought a house and settled down in Nanning with the provident fund. I hope that young friends from Taiwan will also come to Guangxi to make a fortune." Liang Zhoufu, a Taiwanese teacher at Nanning Normal University in Guangxi, said in an interview with a reporter from Chinanews.com on the 4th.
On May 4th, a group of young people on both sides of the Taiwan Strait who love fitness sports launched a "cloud" dance activity of "We are all Liu Genghong" through the Internet.
These young people come from Taipei, Taichung, Nantou, Miaoli in Taiwan, and Shanghai, Nanning, Guilin, Zhengzhou, Xiamen and other places in the mainland.
Liang Zhoufu participated in the "Cloud" dance activity in Nanning.
Liang Zhoufu, born in 1977, holds a double master's degree in civil engineering and environmental engineering, and a doctorate in civil engineering. He was a master tutor of the School of Transportation and Civil Engineering of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University.
In 2019, Liang Zhoufu taught at the School of Environment and Life Sciences, Nanning Normal University.
"The team I led has successively won 4 national utility model patents in the name of the school, led students to participate in the "Internet +" College Students Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition, Challenge Cup and other events, and won many provincial awards. Among a group of undergraduate graduates, four students have been admitted to the master's degree of world-renowned universities." Liang Zhoufu said.
Liang Zhoufu is an expert in the field of building materials. He once participated in the formulation of the Taiwan sponge city construction outline. Later, he taught in the mainland and participated in the compilation of industry standards by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. At present, he has completed the formulation of three national industry standards and an association standard, gaining knowledge There are 8 property rights invention patents, 2 new style invention patents, 28 new invention patents, and 2 software copyrights.

"After teaching at Nanning Normal University, I have gained a lot of room for personal development. The leaders of the college have given me a lot of support and help in my work. The school has provided me with a bigger stage to develop my own value. As a teacher, I fully I felt the happiness of being 'needed'." Liang Zhoufu said.
Liang Zhoufu told reporters that in September this year, the house he bought in Wuming District, Nanning City, will be handed over.
After the family saw the life and work environment in Nanning that he shared one after another, his mother decided to come to live in Nanning, and the family realized their wish to be reunited in Nanning.
In April 2021, with the coordination and help of the Guangxi Taiwan Affairs Office and relevant departments, Liang Zhou purchased a house in Nanning with the housing provident fund, becoming the first "lucky person" in Guangxi who used the provident fund to buy a house with both husband and wife being Taiwan compatriots.
Liang Zhoufu, who calls himself a "Nanning native", has the opportunity to give full play to his expertise in Guangxi.
He served as a mediator in the "People's Court Mediation Platform" to assist in resolving Taiwan-related disputes; under his influence, Nanning Normal University introduced more than a dozen Taiwanese teachers.
These Taiwanese teachers with professional backgrounds, together with him, made use of their own advantages to make suggestions for the revitalization of rural Guangxi.

Liang Zhoufu said.
Chen Songjing, a young teacher who lives in Yilan, Taiwan, also came to teach at Nanning Normal University under the influence of Professor Liang Zhoufu.
He just finished the quarantine on May 3, and on May 4, he and Liang Zhoufu participated in the "Cloud" dance activity.
