This was reported by The New York Times, citing senior US officials.

It is noted that Washington is secretly transmitting real-time information to Kyiv about what is happening on the battlefield, including details of the movements of Russian troops after the second phase of the special operation.

“Ukrainian officials combined this data with their own intelligence information, including intercepted communications ... to carry out artillery shelling and other attacks that killed Russian officers,” the publication says.

Sources of the publication did not name the exact number of dead Russian military, but noted that not all the attacks of the Ukrainian army on the positions of the Russian Armed Forces were carried out with the support of the United States.

In April, US President Joe Biden said that Washington would continue to transfer intelligence data to Kyiv.

Earlier, the official representative of the US Department of Defense John Kirby stressed that the Ukrainian military can use intelligence information received from the Pentagon for offensive operations.
