The Emirati Cadres Competitiveness Council confirmed that the approved period for the training program ending in employment, which is one of the “Nafis” programs, is up to 12 months, as a maximum, during which a financial reward is paid to the trainee citizen, amounting to 8000 dirhams for a university graduate, 6500 dirhams for the holder of a diploma, and 4000 dirhams for the holder of a diploma. He pointed out that the number of citizens registered on the Nafes platform and eligible to benefit from its initiatives approached 26,000, and the number of vacancies available on the platform exceeded 2,500 jobs, in addition to being able to employ 5,500 citizens in the private sector, all of which reflect the confidence of citizens in this program, and confirm Its importance in opening career prospects for job seekers.
