According to TASS, the Japanese side freezes the assets of 140 individuals.

Kishida announced this at a press conference following the talks held in London with British Prime Minister Boris Johnson.

“The first is the freezing of the assets of about 140 more individuals,” he said.

At the same time, the new sanctions provide for an expansion of the ban on the supply of various products to Russian companies associated with the Russian military-industrial complex, as well as an expansion of the embargo on imports of advanced technologies to Russia - in particular, the introduction of a ban on the supply of quantum computers.

Earlier it was reported that Russia is imposing personal sanctions against the top leadership and officials of Japan because of the anti-Russian position of Tokyo.
