Motorists, take your precautions.
The Aquitaine bridge will be closed to traffic tonight, from Thursday evening 9 p.m. to Friday morning 6 a.m., and especially from Saturday May 7 at 10 p.m., until Sunday May 8 at 6 p.m., so almost the whole day of Sunday, indicates the prefecture of Gironde.
Maintenance work requires the closure in both directions of traffic of the ring road between interchange 2 (Lormont-Croix Rouge) and interchange 4 (Bordeaux-Labarde).
The bridge's bike paths will also be closed during the work.
Diversions will be put in place by the inner and outer ring road, via the François Mitterrand bridge as well as by the local network to facilitate traffic.
