In this tense scenario, Sánchez and Aragonès will coincide this Friday in Barcelona during the conference held by the Círculo de Economía.

It will be the first meeting between the two leaders since the espionage scandal broke out against the separatists and it will take place when the wiretaps have already been confirmed by the CNI itself.

The President of the Generalitat has been demanding a personal meeting with the Government for more than a week to clarify the reasons for the espionage, demand resignations and try to restore the battered institutional trust with the central Executive.
