She is vague about what it could be that means that the party board would not be ready to make a decision on 15 May.

She emphasizes that many people think that it all goes very fast now.

When asked how long Sweden can wait with its message if Finland has its say, probably already in a week, she says:

- It is important to have a serious process, but there is also no reason to delay it unnecessarily, Andersson says in connection with the international donor conference for Ukraine in Warsaw.

During the conference, which was organized by Sweden and Poland, Ukraine was promised SEK 60 billion in grants.

- It is a success, beyond expectations, says Magdalena Andersson.

Extra party board meeting

She refers to the dialogue in the party that will be completed on 12 May, the security policy analysis in the Riksdag with a final report on 13 May.

On Wednesday, party secretary Tobias Baudin (S) announced that the party is calling for an extra meeting of the party board on 15 May and is not waiting for the already planned meeting on 24 May.

The feedback now takes place nine days earlier, three days after the end of the ongoing security policy dialogue with district boards and members.
