400 new training programs for government employees

The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources intends to launch more than 400 training programs and specialized certificates, distributed over 20 job families, during the coming period, as part of the Knowledge and Learning Paths Initiative at the federal government level, which it recently launched with the aim of developing federal government employees and developing their specialized skills.

According to the authority, each time the initiative targets a specific job family, in cooperation with the best training providers in the world, to grant more than 190 specialized certificates, and the total training hours to reach 10,000 hours, pointing out that the programs offered by the initiative use the latest technologies. Training used globally and locally, and the best programs and training courses provided by partners within 20 approved job families, including - for example - families of information technology, human resources, institutional development, support services, finance and accounting, health and safety, and program and project management.
