Forshaga municipality currently has 30 charging sockets, but only for the municipality's car fleet.
Public charging posts can now be added.
The municipality has been contacted by a company that performs design for charging companies.
- They have stuck to the parking lot behind ICA and Coop, says Morgan Häggbom, technical manager at Forshaga municipality.

But first a political decision is required.
According to Häggbom, a proposal may end up on the politicians' table in the municipal board in August or September.
- Then the charging sockets could be in place somewhere in the middle of the year 2023.
