“We expect that by the end of 2024, about 50 thousand loans will be issued for a total amount of about 240 billion rubles,” Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin was quoted as saying by the press service of the Russian government.
He added that in regions with a million population the maximum loan amount will be 18 million rubles, in others - 9 million rubles.
The government website also reports that specialists aged 22 to 45 years old, whose salary is not less than 150 thousand rubles per month before income tax (PIT) in regions with more than 1 million inhabitants, and at least 100 thousand rubles - in other subjects of Russia.
