The selection and training of volunteers is expected to be carried out in three stages. 

According to the document, adult volunteers with citizenship of the Russian Federation and volunteer experience of more than 2 years can participate in a humanitarian mission.

In addition, potential volunteers must be able to participate in a humanitarian mission for no more than 40 days continuously in accordance with the calendar plan.

Candidates will be able to apply on the Dobro.RF platform.

After its consideration, the Association of Volunteer Centers sends a letter to the candidate by mail with the result.

At the qualifying stage, volunteers will be interviewed to determine the level of competencies and special testing. 

Volunteers will undergo special training before being sent to the LPR and DPR.

Earlier, a volunteer, a resident of Rubezhnoye, Natalia, told RIA Novosti about the work to register the dead civilians during the hostilities, there are already about 160 people on the list.
