“Jermine Joly, nicknamed Yonion, was extradited to the United States of America on Tuesday, May 3, 2022,” RIA Novosti quotes a report from the Haitian police.
It is noted that Joly was extradited at the request of the US judicial authorities.
In October 2021, it was reported that a group of Americans had been kidnapped in Haiti by an armed gang that had been operating in the country for several months.
