According to Radev, a National Security Service (NSO) vehicle was involved in an accident on a narrow stretch of road after a truck drove into oncoming traffic.
The security service specified that the incident occurred around 10:00.

Earlier in Armenia, a car escorting Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's motorcade hit a pregnant woman to death without stopping after that.
