Black, white, eleven ermines, and the filing of a complaint “under consideration”.

This weekend, Rouen (Seine-Maritime), capital of reunified Normandy, saw floating for several hours at the top of its (upper) town hall, a flag… of Brittany!

The Gwenn ha du was hoisted clandestinely on the roof of the building, replacing the French flag.

The city noticed it yesterday morning, imagining "that it was a consequence of the weekend demonstrations", but without proof.

The guardian of the town hall wondered above all how one (or more) individuals were able to climb (without falling) the imposing building.

Tuesday, the city, worried about the risks taken by the author or authors of this "action", was still considering filing a complaint, "for degradation and / or insult to a symbol of the French Republic".

The Bretons (chauvinists) will answer that the black and white banner is already everywhere, in (almost) all the music festivals, big football matches, political meetings... So why not on the town halls... in Normandy.
