Sentenced to almost 700 years in prison for a man who deceived a hundred minors through social networks to have sexual relations

The Fourth Section of the Provincial Court of Madrid has sentenced José Ángel SR to

as the author of continued crimes of sexual abuse of minors under 16 years of age with penetration, recruitment and use of a minor for pornographic purposes of dissemination of pornographic material to minors, exhibitionism, corruption of minors and possession of child pornography.

The number of victims rises to a hundred.

The Court considers it proven that the now convicted, born on June 5, 1991, with no criminal record, during the period between November

, contacted through social networks such as groups of WhatsApp, Instagram or others, with minors under 16 years of age with the intention of maintaining communications and exchanges of a pornographic nature with them.

On some occasions, the accused pretended to be

, with whom the minors, believing that they were communicating with a girl of their age, ended up having crudely libidinous conversations that the accused encouraged to produce sexual arousal.

In this context, José Ángel S. sent the corresponding minor

, and in turn requested and obtained from the minors the submission of nude photos and videos, focused on their genitals, and in many times masturbating.

In several of these contacts, after Jose Ángel S. verified in the course of the conversations that his deception was successful, and with the purpose of having a sexual encounter with the minors,

Thus, the accused, hidden behind the false L., insisted that the minors meet directly with that friend to have sexual relations, and this as a condition to be able to meet the girl later.

Faced with the frequent resistance of the minors to having sexual relations with a boy as a condition for being with L., the defendant in some cases even offered money or gifts to the minors so that they agreed to it.

In the circumstantial framework described, Jose Ángel S. managed to get some minors to agree to have physical encounters with him, encounters in which he had sexual relations with them.

Said sexual relations consisted of mutual masturbation, fellatio and even in some cases the defendant anally penetrated the corresponding minor with his finger or his penis.

On some occasion, the defendant

and in this way managed to deceive some minors under 16 years of age with whom he exchanged crudely sexual text messages aimed at provoking libidinous arousal, as well as photographic files and of video in which both the accused and the minors exhibited their genitals and masturbated.

Through this channel, the defendant also proposed to meet them to have a sexual encounter, in some cases offering them money or gifts so that they would engage in sexual practices with him.

Jose Angel S. achieved his purpose and in some cases

In other cases, to achieve the same ends of sexual satisfaction already indicated with minors under 16 years of age, Jose Angel S. presented himself directly to the minors as a man of legal age and gave rise to an exchange of text messages aimed at arousal. that were accompanied by photos and videos in which both the accused and the minors appeared naked and masturbating.

Also in this area, the defendant made proposals to his interlocutor to arrange a sexual encounter, which on some occasions materialized with him having sexual relations with the minor.

Against this resolution it is possible to file the corresponding appeal before the Civil and Criminal Chamber of the TSJ of Madrid.
