“It is completely incomprehensible that Western countries do not pay any attention to the numerous war crimes of the Kyiv regime against both the residents of the Donetsk and Luhansk People's Republics and Ukrainian citizens in the territories controlled by Kyiv,” he said.
Mizintsev noted that Western countries apply a policy of double standards, are absolutely not interested in conducting an impartial investigation and often simply turn a blind eye to the numerous violations of international conventions by the Ukrainian side.
“All this equates the authorities of the “civilized countries” with the accomplices of terrorists,” he said.
Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin, during talks with French leader Emmanuel Macron, drew his attention to the ignoring by member countries of the European Union of war crimes of Ukrainian security forces.
