According to the official Weibo news of the People's Procuratorate of Changsha City, Hunan Province, after the "4.29" residents' self-built house collapse accident in Wangcheng District, Changsha City, the procuratorates at the two levels of Changsha City and Wangcheng District attached great importance to it. A task force was set up to intervene in advance in accordance with the law, to guide the investigation, and to collect and fix evidence.
After review by the People's Procuratorate of Wangcheng District, Changsha City, on May 3, four people including Wu Mouyong, Long Moukai, Xue Mouzong, and Ren Mousheng were arrested in accordance with the law on suspicion of major liability accidents; Hunan Xiangda Engineering Inspection Co., Ltd. The general manager of the company, Mr. Tan, and five technicians, including Ning, Gong, Tang, and Liu, were arrested in accordance with the law on suspicion of providing false documents.
Currently, the case is under further investigation.
