Ministry of Internal Affairs: UAV that tried to drop explosives in Transnistria was launched from the Ukrainian side

“The explosives were loaded with detonators.

The whole structure was closed on a radio device, which was supposed to work remotely.

A drone with such a dangerous cargo, according to experts, was launched from the Ukrainian side," the ministry said.

As noted in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the attackers planned a sabotage, their goal was a hangar, where mechanisms for cooling the transformers of the radio and television center were placed.

Earlier it was reported that a second sabotage attempt at the Mayak television and radio center was prevented in Pridnestrovie at night.

On April 26, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Transnistria announced the explosion of two antennas of the regional radio center in the Mayak village.

On April 25, it was reported that a series of explosions occurred in the building of the Ministry of State Security of Transnistria in Tiraspol.

In connection with what happened in Pridnestrovie, a "red" level of terrorist threat was declared, events related to May 9 were canceled, and some schools were transferred to a remote work format.
