A man was presented twice to the correctional court of Albertville (Savoie) in a very short time.

After being sentenced to six months in prison for driving without a license as a repeat offense on April 25, he returned on April 28 during a second immediate appearance, reports

Two prison sentences

The first time, the defendant indeed took advantage of his presence in court to copiously insult the gendarmes who accompanied him.

He also attacked a gendarme, making outrageous remarks and dangerously approaching his forehead to hers in a gesture of defiance.

The man was therefore quickly tried again, this time for "contempt of a person holding public authority".

In addition to his first sentence, he was sentenced to four months in prison arranged on semi-freedom.

During the trial, he justified himself by explaining that he was naturally impulsive and apologized to the soldiers.
