The transition committee will pay 700,000 won per month to parents raising children before the next year, and from next year. He said he would be paid 100,000 won per month.
The promise of 2 million won per month for soldiers will be promoted by adding savings to the salary.
The sergeant's monthly salary will be raised from 670,000 won this year to 1.5 million won by 2025, and the government will subsidize it with 550,000 won in savings funds to guarantee 2.55 million won per month.
It is a method of receiving a monthly salary, but collecting the savings at once when discharged from the military.
An official from the transition committee explained, "From the government's point of view, if the budget is collected in the form of a fund rather than monthly, it can be managed flexibly and interest income from the accumulated amount can be obtained."
The mortgage loan ratio LTV for first-time home purchases has also been raised from 60-70% to 80%.
The transition committee announced 110 national tasks including compensation for COVID-19 losses and the abolition of the nuclear phase-out policy, but major election promises, such as the abolition of the Ministry of Recreation and additional deployment of THAAD, were omitted.
