“A significant part of the population forcibly held by radicals in Ukrainian cities is still looking for any opportunity to evacuate to Russia,” he said.
According to him, this is indicated by the numerous appeals of citizens to Russian official structures and public organizations.
Mizintsev said that over the past 24 hours, 103 requests for evacuation have been received from foreigners and Ukrainians to the headquarters’ hotline, federal executive authorities and Russian regions.
Also, the Ministry of Defense stated that Ukrainian militants in a number of cities equipped their positions in schools and a mental hospital.
