The firefighters intervened on the night of Sunday to Monday, around 12:45 a.m., for the fall of a young man from the fourth floor.
The 26-year-old victim was seriously injured.
After receiving treatment on site, she was transported in a medical vehicle to the emergency room of the Nantes University Hospital, reports the departmental fire and rescue service (Sdis).
According to the emergency services, the young man would have fallen from a height of about 15 meters.
His fall would have been caused by a break in the guardrail, they indicate.
The De la Salle student residence is managed by the Fac-Habitat association.
