] From the beginning of the hearing, Democratic lawmakers vehemently denounced the fact that Prime Minister Han Deok-soo, who went back and forth between public office and Kim & Chang's advisory post, was paid close to 2 billion won in torture fees as public courtesy and a conflict of interest.
