German Chancellor Scholz said that NATO will not participate in the conflict in Ukraine

Scholz said he said "from the beginning" that NATO, including Germany, would not be "directly involved" in the conflict in Ukraine.

According to him, US President Joe Biden said this to American citizens, and other Western leaders told their citizens.

Earlier, Scholz said that Russia should not be allowed to win during a special military operation in Ukraine.
